We are looking for approaches to engineer and optimize organisms (microbial and plant) for production and/or purification of relevant biomolecules in a non-trial-and-error format. It is believed that starting from a waste stream will be a more cost-effective solution. We are also interested in plant- or algae-based solutions that are scalable and cost effective. What We Are Looking For: • Strain engineering approaches that achieve target molecule production targets across multiple molecule classes in significantly less time versus the industry average • Host engineering capabilities in non-model systems • Scale up platforms/methods that are amenable to commodity scale ingredients • Downstream processing methods/technologies that facilitate continuous extraction and/or re-use of extractive reagents • Approaches that leverage feedstocks separate from the food chain

We are a Czech designing and developing company and we have developed in cooperation with the Technical University an atractive Small Electric Vehicle of category L/6/L7 for the city transportation. Vehicles are designed for manufacturing in micro-factories close to consumer markets, to optimize logistics & increase the efficiency of supply chains. We have designed tools for its low-cost production. We are convinced that Small Electric Vehicles are the optimal solution of individual city transpot and we bring a chance to participate on this growing market while the sale of vehicles with the internal combustion will be reduced. We offer to a competent and forward-looking entities planning to develop an international business a Licence to produce Small City Electromobile according to our know-how. We presume that this project may draw your attention because it saves money and time than starting from zero. The development of the present model took about 4 years, the prototype of delivery van is about 90 – 95 % finished (Technology readiness level 6 – 7), hatch back is 70 % finished but still needs more testing (like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=grYYJCWyp9g ????), improving and debugging in order to complete the homologation process. We expect that the production will be possible within one year. The big carmakers who until recently did not show interest in small city vehicles also start to realize the business opportunity of this category, and even unite their powers (Toyota, Suzuki, Daihatsu) in order not to miss the boat. Development usually takes about 3 - 6 years but the cards are dealt now. After 5 years it might be late. The basic version of the vehicle is equipped only with the items necessary for driving and safety. For easy and cheap production the body is made from a light, firm and cheap thermoplastic, and a light self-supporting chassis is made from specially designed aluminum profiles. Due to the atypical slantwise allocation of seats, the length of the vehicle is only 2 500 mm which enables the perpendicular kerbside parking which is so demanded by carriers and delivery services.

Researchers from the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) and the Catalan Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ICN2) have recently developed a self‐‐regulating iris based on light‐‐actuated broadband absorber metamaterial. Manufacturing companies of contact lenses and/or ocular prosthesis are being sought to collaborate and/or exploit the existing know how through a patent license agreement.
